Thankfully Thankful this Thanksgiving & Everyday!

Without a doubt, we are fortunate to celebrate a meaningful holiday as a Nation, a day of gratitude, of actual thanksgiving.  We have been blessed with so much in a variety of ways, beyond most.

Some of the things I am grateful for look like YOU.  Right, you have supported R Star with our primary work in Nepal to lift women and children, entire villages. I am grateful for the ‘difference’ R Star has made through our years starting with goats, education for illiterate women in the rural villages, for our Top of the World – Nepal elementary school we built and run… and will rebuild.  I am grateful for the organic growing greenhouses we are establishing to help the villagers rebuild their homes destroyed from the earthquakes 19 months back by the added income produced from their agricultural products.  I am grateful to be able to do the work we collectively do so well for others.  My gratitude is huge as so of my thankfulness for even more.

While you are eating your traditional meals with family and friends, I will be visiting our villages in Nepal to access what R Star can help with to bring at the least, our villagers to a safer place in their lives with houses and continued hope to restore their lives.

If in your own thankfulness for all you have, you are able to assist us for a first time or again, our thankfulness will be all the fuller for the expanded reach to the unfortunate people of Nepal.  We remain committed to lift the people of our villages which lifts the entire country.

Interested in helping us as a volunteer?  Volunteers are the strength of a charity, good as gold.   We will be thankful to have your help as we are all volunteers.

To you and yours, we wish you the finest HAPPY THANKSGIVING ever!

Blessings upon you and yours,   Rosalind
