We are all concerned for good reason about the events of war in Ukraine.  R Star is not political yet we wish to state we pray Peace will be restored in Ukraine, Russia & our beautiful world.  May the world have LUCK with Peace, now, with our agreement in a form such as meditation, prayer, silence, whatever suits you.

We are LUCKY we can help in rural Nepal and other areas.  Without question, we are lucky to help people in rural Nepal. This is what we do.  We help those who are marginalized.  We help because of your heart to make it happen!  Thank you!  We are lucky to have you joined with us.

We have received a lovely gift of $2500 from Xeebi Software Corporation out of Newport Beach.  Mr. Bruce Tran, Xeebi CEO, took the time to learn about what his employees were passionate about outside of work which led him to R Star.  This is exactly how he became acquainted with our work and graciously decided to support our efforts particularly with the educational projects.  We are grateful for his interest and his support.  We are LUCKY as we are in a finer position to extend help with education for the children of Nepal.   If you know of any company that wishes to make further corporate grants, please let us know.  Our aim this year is to determine what rural schools we can assist by supplying sports equipment and musical instruments.  As a Board, we are united to lift education in different areas of Nepal.  

Of course, we continue with our ‘goat’ program.  Covid slowed our selection of villages.  We are lining up where and what is best at this time.  

 PLEASE DONATE – CLICK HEREWe support eradication of trafficking in Nepal as well as early marriages.  At UCI the last weekend of February, a walk/run was held to bring consciousness to everyone, how they can help see where and how it creeps in, Orange County being a leading trafficking county in the USA.   

The founder Rima (pictured below) of the group, 365/7 is a friend of our board member Sandy.  I met Rima at the first annual event to prevent such matters here.  It was wonderful.  She has championed the same cause in Nepal, so it was a match for R Star to be present.  It all needs to be something in our rearview mirrors rather than rampant anywhere in the world as it currently remains!Our Board is exceptional with who they know, how they connect their contacts to add to our ability to do better as well as their ideas to improve all we do.  We are LUCKY to have each board member to continue us forward.
